If you wish to refund the money in your Tank Account to your payment card, you can do this by logging onto your BoilerJuice tank account and requesting a refund in the 'Tank Account' section.
If more than one credit or debit card has been used to make payments on your account, please manually select the correct card for your refund.
Payment cards need to be valid and in date for a refund to be made. If there are no valid payment cards on your account, please request a refund via the Contact Us Form, providing your bank details, including your bank account name, sort code and account number and we will process your refund via a BACS payment.
Refunds made via a payment card may take between 3-5 working days to show in your account, and refunds via BACS may be up to 10 working days.
We do not recommend that you allow anyone else to use your account to place orders, as we cannot guarantee that for system generated/automatic refunds will go back to the card that the payment came from. The system will refund back to the last valid payment card used on the account.
