After your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging your payment. The email will contain details of the BoilerJuice membership no, the amount paid, any credit or vouchers used towards the oil order and your payment reference.
If you have ordered an express or emergency order you will shortly afterwards receive the order confirmation email. It is your responsibility to please read through the details of the email and advise BoilerJuice immediately if there is any incorrect information. Failure to do so could mean your delivery is delayed or delivered incorrectly.
If you have ordered a standard delivery, once the order window closes, your order will be grouped with any other qualifying orders in your postcode, processed and sent through to the supplier. An order confirmation will then be sent to you by email, with the full order details of the order volume, price and the supplier who will be making your delivery. It is your responsibility to please read through the details of the email and advise BoilerJuice immediately if there is any incorrect information. Failure to do so could mean your delivery is delayed or delivered incorrectly.
Any additional savings made on this order from the grouping will be credited to your BoilerJuice account and will be available once the delivery has been made.
