You can request the cancellation of your Heating Oil Order providing the Supplier hasn't already delivered the oil to you.
To request the cancellation of your oil order, please log into your BoilerJuice account by clicking here, select the order that you wish to cancel and the reason for the cancellation and your request will be sent to the Supplier.
Cancellations may only be processed during the Oil Supplier’s office hours (normally between 9am - 4.30pm Mon-Fri and cancellations outside of these hours will be actioned as soon as the Oil Supplier's depot is open again. The order has NOT been cancelled until such times as the Supplier has confirmed the cancellation of your order by email.
Upon cancellation of the order, your money will be refunded to you, minus any booking fee paid. If you have requested your refund be returned to your payment card, this may take up to 3 working days to go through the banking system, depending on the time it takes your card provider to process the refund back to your payment card. If you have requested the funds be returned to your BoilerJuice account this will happen instantly.
BoilerJuice reserves the right to retain up to £15 of the order value as an administration fee, in addition to any administration fees that may be charged by the Supplier if your request to cancel is processed after their delivery truck has left the depot with your delivery on board.
