It may be possible to cancel (amend) your order as long as the Supplier has not already delivered the oil.
To request the cancellation of your order, please email us via firstname.lastname@example.org, detailing the order number, your name and postcode and the reason for the cancellation and we will be happy to assist you with this. Cancellations can only be processed during the hours of 8am - 5pm. Cancellations outside of this period will be actioned as soon as the delivering depot is open on the next Working Day (Mon-Fri). The order will NOT be cancelled (or amended) until such times as the Supplier has confirmed the cancellation.
As soon as we have obtained confirmation from the Supplier that your order has been cancelled, your money will be refunded to you. This usually takes between 1-3 days to go through the banking system, depending on the time it takes your card provider to process the refund back to your payment card.
BoilerJuice reserves the right to retain £15 of the order value as an administration fee, in addition to any administration fees that may be charged by the Supplier if your request to cancel is processed after their delivery truck has left the depot with your delivery on board.
