In England, Scotland and Wales the minimum order quantity is 500 litres. In Northern Ireland, the minimum can be as low as 150 litres, and is dependent on Supplier.
You should place an order when you are sure that you can fit the minimum quantity of oil into your oil tank.
Suppliers may choose not to deliver your oil at all if they are not able to fit the min. order into your oil tank.
Some Suppliers may charge you an aborted delivery fee (of up to £35) if they arrive at your property and your tank is deemed full. This charge is to cover the costs incurred by routing your oil to your property.
It is at the discretion of the driver whether to make the delivery or not, and should an under-delivery occur, due to insufficient space in your tank, you will receive a refund for the under-delivery.
Please note that you may incur a charge or an increase in the pence per litre you paid if the under-delivery is greater than 10% of your total order.
