If your order cannot be delivered in full, you will be refunded accordingly. This is an automatic process and there is no need to contact us to obtain the refund.
The amount due from any under-delivery will be credited to your BoilerJuice 'Tank Account' once the supplier confirms the delivered volume. You will know that the credit has been applied to your account, as you will receive a delivery confirmation email with full details of the amount credited to you. You can log in to your BoilerJuice 'My Account' to view the credit, and can either hold the credit in your account to use against a future order, or if you prefer, you can refund it back to your bank account; just select the option to refund to the payment card.
Please be aware the supplier has up to 21 days to confirm the number of litres delivered, so please don't be concerned if it doesn't happen straight away, as some suppliers need to wait for the proof of delivery slip before they can do this.
If the amount ordered is considerably more than your tank could hold, the supplier reserves the right to charge you for the under-delivery. For more information on under-delivery charges please see Will I Pay More Per Litre if the Tank Will Not Take the Full Order?
